Industry Examples- Trailers

London to Brighton- powerful British social realist film, a must see!
  1. How does the trailer give the viewer a sense of the locations and setttings for the film?
  2. How does the trailer tell the viewer something about the narrative?
  3. How is tension built up? What devices & techniques does it use?
  4. How does the trailer engage us with the main characters? How do we get to know so much about them in such a short space of time?
  5. This film had a relatively small budget, how is this evident in the trailer? Does it matter that the budget was so small, does the trailer still have an impact?
